Tree limbs were littered throughout their walkways and property, snowstorms drifting in their front porch and solicitors placing flyers and pamphlet in and around their front door. These issues definitely needed attending to and in addition they created the appearance of an unoccupied house. These issues can happen to any property, checking a home both inside and out is extremely important. A home watch service is set up to check for obvious issues throughout your home and property and if there’s a problem you will be notified right away.

We can create the perfect scheduling options that fit your homes needs while you’re away from setting up “visit inspections” and “picking up & sending mail” to “grocery delivery.” We can even make sure your trash is out on the weekly pick up day. After your home has been inspected, you will receive an emailed report, including photos. This report includes a check list of comprehensive items specifically for your home. If there are any issues found that require immediate attention, you will be contacted and we will determine the best plan of action.

Clients can rest assure that vetting by background checks, insurance & bond, required licensing are all in order and we will withstand to the NHWA code of Ethics. I also attended an educational NHWA Home Watch Boot Camp and will continue to use this as a helpful targeted resource.
