Home Watch services are offered to anyone in need of leaving their home for short or long term wether it be seasonal residents, vacations, emergencies, hospital stays or any situation requiring an absence from your home. Realtors may find Home Watch services useful finding that they don’t have the time to check on vacant homes for sale.
REALTORS:
- Provide home inspections for unoccupied houses & properties on the market
- Check on exterior issues, irrigation systems, landscaping, debris
- Check interior for obvious issues, rodents, windows and doors are locked and that all lighting is off. (Scheduling after Open Houses)
HOME WATCH
(COMPLETE WALKTHROUGH) includes but is not limited to:
INTERIOR:
- Security Systems
- Main Water supply valve
- Check for any leaks
- Check all ceilings, baseboards and room corners
- Check electrical panel for tripped breakers
- Look for signs of rodent or insect activity
- Check water treatment systems
- Hand check all windows and doors
- Check occupancy lighting
- Run water in all sinks, bathtubs and showers
- Flush toilets and proper refill rate
- Check water heater, furnace & a/c settings
- Check refrigerator, freezers and ice makers
- Check garage and parked vehicles
EXTERIOR:
- Check for vandalism or forced entry
- Damage to home (roof, siding, windows)
- Remove flyers/newpapers/debris
- Check gates, fence lines and walls
- Check for pest, insect, or rodent issues
- Landscape (overgrowth, harmful issues)
- Irrigation system
- Patio furniture
- Check snow/Arrange for snow removal

KEY HOLDER SERVICES:
- Secure your key enabling access to your home for deliveries and services
- Your key will ALWAYS be kept in a safe, secure location
GROCERY SHOPPING/DELIVERY:
- Have your kitchen ready with a few basics that will make life a little easier upon your return
- Perfect with Welcome Home Service
- Text me a grocery list and I’ll do the shopping!
WELCOME HOME SERVICE:
- Walk into a home that’s ready to go
- Water valves open
- Water heater, furnace, a/c setting preference
- Ice maker on/refrigerator settings
- Open window treatments
- Perfect for long term clients.
MAILBOX SERVICE:
- Pick up mail and either send USPS or place in secure, out of view area inside home
HOME PET CARE VISITS WITHIN THE BIG HORN AREA
- Providing feeding, playtime and pet care needs (including special needs pets) in your home
BIRD BOARDING AVAILABLE IN MY HOME
HOME WATCH REPORTING:
*After every visit, clients will receive a full documented and dated inspection report. (Including photos) This will include one report of both exterior and interior inspection with any concerning areas presented in red
*All reports are paperless and emailed to clients the same day
***In the event of a serious finding, clients will be notified IMMEDIATELY at every attempt and the best possible solution will be taken

In addition to a complete Home Watch inspection, visits can be custom designed to fit our client’s needs.
